Esperanza Acquires a New Site at K&A!
We’re excited to announce that in November, Esperanza completed the purchase of the historic Kensington Trust Company building (photo above, lower R) at the intersection of Kensington & Allegheny Avenues in North Philadelphia, which will become our future new Kensington health and wellness site. We have begun planning for the renovation of this 35,000 square-foot property, which will take approximately two years to complete.

Several of Esperanza’s Hunting Park staff surprised coworkers with parrandas – the Puerto Rican version of Christmas caroling – at the staff Christmas breakfast (photo, below center).
