The space was designed for the community to host a wide range of events including conferences, workshops, retreats, sports tournaments, birthdays, and other small to midsize gatherings. The CORE offers parking and security on site. To make the space affordable we offer discounts to nonprofits, churches, and neighbors that live in the 19134 zipcode. To ensure a safe and responsible environment for all, alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all events at The CORE.

Community Center Highlights
The CORE has a basketball gym, fitness center, multipurpose rooms, and event space that extends into a rooftop deck that rises above the community below with a beautiful view of Philadelphia.
Event Space
Our event space is great for celebrations and conferences. We can accommodate 100 people seated and up to 200 people. It comes with 2 smart TVs and AV Equipment.
Rooftop Terrace
Our outdoor terrace comes with the event space and can accommodate up to 45 people.
Community Classrooms
Our community classroom is great for trainings and smaller celebrations. It comes with a 75 inch smart TV and the tables, chairs, and furniture are all movable. There is also an outdoor courtyard with chairs and tables.
Basketball Gym
Our gym can be rented out for events. Table and chairs are based on availability.
