How to Schedule a Telehealth Appointment
Call us to schedule a medical appointment or request an appointment online through the Patient Portal and select the “Telehealth” option for appointment type.
Make sure we have your current phone number.
Your provider will call you at the time of your appointment, preferably by video call.
Telehealth appointments are done by video but can be done with a phone call if video is not available.

Assistance After Hours
Please call our main number and leave a message when our clinic is closed, and the on-call clinician will return your call to advise you on a treatment plan.
