Kristopher Ahn, MD

Kristopher Ahn, MD joined Esperanza in 2020 as an Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Physician. A New York native, Dr. Ahn earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Society at Cornell University, and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, NY in 2016. He joined Esperanza after he completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at UTHealth McGovern Medical School in Houston, TX. His passion is fueled by the words of Christ in Matthew 25:34-40 and witnessing disparities in health care first-hand. Dr. Ahn learned about Esperanza by word of mouth as he studied at SUNY Downstate College. His heart was deeply moved by the ministry and its impact in the healthcare sphere.
