Susan Post, D.Min, MBA

Susan Post has served as Chief Executive Officer of Esperanza Health Center since 2005. Under her leadership, Esperanza has experienced sustained growth in the number of patients served through the addition of three new locations, and has added multiple new services such as dental, behavioral health care and community wellness programs. She also led the development of Esperanza’s new community wellness center in Kensington, The CORE, which opened earlier in 2023.

Susan previously served as Vice President, Finance and Administration at Westminster Theological Seminary, and has over 30 years of healthcare management experience.

She earned her Doctor of Ministry in Urban Missions and Master of Arts in Religion degrees from Westminster Theological Seminary, and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Bridgeport.

She lives in the Hunting Park community of North Philadelphia and is a member of Spirit and Truth Fellowship church. She currently serves on the Boards of Missio Seminary,  and the Christian Community Health  Foundation (CCHF). She also serves on various advisory boards of organizations that provide  services to residents of North Philadelphia.
