Rosalind Williford
Rosalind Williford joined Esperanza as Chief Financial Officer 2021. With her impressive leadership experience spanning over twenty-five years, she brings a wealth of expertise in managing compensation and benefits, as well as accounting and finance. Prior to assuming her role as CFO, Rosalind served as Global Director of Compensation and Benefits at General Electric/SUEZ Water Treatment and Solutions, where she effectively managed a team of 14 financial professionals and played a critical role in organizational alignment efforts through multiple mergers and alignments. Rosalind holds a certificate in Leadership and Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Organizational Management from Gwynedd Mercy University.
She serves on multiple non-profit boards and leads trainings on diversity and inclusion efforts, and served on the Executive Diversity and Inclusion Council during her time with General Electric/SUEZ Water Treatment and Solutions.
Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in maintaining Esperanza Health Center’s financial stability, enabling it to provide quality healthcare services to its patients. She is accountable for planning and executing the annual financial and compliance (A-133) audits. Rosalind is also responsible for overseeing the center’s financial performance of grants programs, the annual operating and capital budget, and patient billing. Her work as CFO has been critical to ensuring that Esperanza Health Center remains financially stable and able to provide quality healthcare services to its patients.
