Youth & Family Programs
Philly Youth Basketball
Free basketball training and off-court enrichment for 5th-8th graders.
Date: Mondays & Wednesdays 5pm to 7pm

Fitness Class
Free, beginner-friendly “Stretch & Strengthen” class! Enjoy the benefits of stress reduction, increased flexibility, and a stronger core. Walk-ins welcome, no registration needed.
Date: Tuesdays , 5:30-6:30PM

Summer Teen Internship Program
Description: An immersive 3-week experience for high school sophomores, juniors, or seniors interested in a career in healthcare. Join us in Summer 2026 for shadowing opportunities, professional development, mentorship, hands-on training, and more.

Heights Health Equity Class
A 15 week after school program, in collaboration with Heights Philadelphia, designed for high school students to explore different healthcare careers. The program curriculum includes shadowing, community engagement, and the importance of health equity.

Adult Programs
Lifestyle Medicine Class
A class that teaches how to prepare plant-based meals and discusses health topics.
Dates: New groups starting January 8th, 9th, and 12th
Young at Heart Seniors Program
A community for older adults to gather, laugh, learn, and share life stories and experiences together. We play games, go on trips, do art activities, and learn about different community resources and health topics.
Date: Tuesdays, 10:00am-11:30 am

Community Health Promoters
A 10-week training addressing physical, mental, relational, and spiritual health topics.
Date: Application Opens February 2026 – English Cohort

Community Resources
Baby Goods Exchange
For families with babies and children to share and exchange clothing, toys, bottles, and other materials, and learn about available community resources!

Hub4Health
This monthly resource fair provides food, clothing, and other resources to community members.
Dates: Every third Wednesday of the month from 10am-12pm
