Chief Administrative Officer

Johnson Eapen, MS, MBA, PHR, serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Esperanza Health Center, where he provides strategic leadership for Human Resources, Advancement, Business Planning, and Strategic Initiatives. With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership across healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, and international faith-based organizations, Johnson is known for driving operational excellence, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and aligning strategy with mission.

Prior to joining Esperanza, Johnson served as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Alvernia University and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Franklin & Marshall College. He also held senior leadership roles at Ben Franklin Technology Partners and the American Baptist Foreign Mission Society, where he led HR services for domestic and international operations. In addition to his executive roles, Johnson has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources and Organizational Development at Eastern University, and currently serves as adjunct faculty at Alvernia University.

A committed follower of Christ, Johnson sees his work as a calling to serve others with compassion, integrity, and stewardship. He is passionate about developing leaders who reflect God’s love through their service and influence in the workplace and community.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Pittsburg State University. He is a certified executive coach and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
